In short: We use analytics and marketing services only with your consent, given via the cookie notice. No such services are currently active. We do not load fonts or images from third-party servers. Otherwise, we collect data only when you write to us or fill out the needs assessment.

2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Inh. René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, with data centers in Germany. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
When pages are accessed, the server automatically stores technical data in log files: IP address, date and time, the page accessed, the amount of data transferred, the previously visited page, and the browser and operating system. We need this data to operate the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is not combined with other data and is deleted after 7 days.
3. Cookies, consent and storage in the browser
On your first visit, a notice asks whether you consent to analytics and marketing services. We store your choice in your browser’s storage (localStorage) so that the notice does not appear on every page view. This is technically necessary (Section 25(2) TDDDG). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
We currently do not use any analytics or marketing services. As soon as we use such services, they will be listed here with provider, purpose and storage period, and will be loaded only after you have given your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG).
4. Fonts and images
Fonts and images are hosted on our own server. No data is transferred to Google Fonts, image services or other third parties when you visit.
5. Contact by email
If you send us an email, we process your information in order to respond to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for inquiries about our services, otherwise point (f)).
6. Needs assessment
If you fill out the needs assessment, we process the information you provide: industry, number of employees, order value, goals, current ways of acquiring customers, work environment, CRM, desired start date, optionally competitors, as well as name, company, email, optionally phone number and your message.
The purpose is to respond to your inquiry and to prepare an initial consultation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your information is sent in encrypted form to our web server at ALL-INKL and forwarded from there by email to our mailbox info@northtown-systems.com. It is not stored on the web server itself. We delete it when it is no longer needed for the inquiry – at the latest 6 months after the last contact, provided that no business relationship arises and no statutory retention obligations apply.
7. Customer area
For customers with their own login, there is a protected area at www.northtown-systems.com/kunden/ where we provide drafts and previews. When you log in, we process your username and verify your password; we store the password only as an encrypted verification value, never in plain text. For the duration of the session, we set a technically necessary session cookie (“nts_kunden”), which is deleted when you log out or close the browser and expires after 8 hours at the latest (Section 25(2) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To protect against password guessing, after failed login attempts we store, for 15 minutes, a non-reversible verification value of your IP address and the username entered (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
So that we can look after each account, we store the time of the last login and the number of logins per account. We delete this information together with the account, at the latest 6 months after the account expires (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
8. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. To do so, simply write to us at info@northtown-systems.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; the supervisory authority responsible for us is the LDI NRW (North Rhine-Westphalia Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information).
9. Encryption
The website is transmitted in encrypted form via HTTPS.
